In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information in translation. We have the right to refuse, cancel or charge the difference in price to your preferred method of payment.

Shipping

John-P. Products online orders ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and territories of the United States. Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays). Most orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of placement.

Rates
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up the next full pound.
PO/APO/FPO Boxes

We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to PO/APO/FPO Boxes. If you have entered these addresses, we will contact you for an alternative address, which may delay your delivery.

Shipping Fees
JohnP. Will pay the return shipping cost for returns that are a result of an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item). All other return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
