Q. What form of payment do JohnP. take online?
A. At this time we only process VISA, American Express and MasterCard credit cards and PayPal. We apologize, but we do not process gift cards or pre-bank cards.

Q. How can I track my shipment?
A. You can track your shipment by using the tracking number you receive via the shipping confirmation.

Q. How long will it take for your order to arrive?
A. The delivery method you choose will determine the length of time it will take the shipment to reach its final destination once it is shipped from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Q. How are shipping rates calculated?
A. All shipping rates are calculated via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Q. If my products are damaged/missing upon delivery, whom should I contact?

Q. How can I get the wholesale price?
A. You must complete the wholesale information (on the JohnP. site) then your company will be allowed to purchase in bulk.

Q. Why is my order delayed?
A. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. If your order status indicates that your order has not yet shipped, but the merchandise is in stock, this could be the result of one of the following:
1. We were unable to obtain proper credit approval for your purchase.
2. You provided us with a credit billing address that could not be verified with your credit card issuer.

Please note that it’s essential to provide the phone number registered with your credit card issuer when you're placing your order, so that we may reach you to discuss any problems with your order. We use only verified phone numbers to further ensure your order security.

Q. Are the products made for a specific ethnic group?
A. No, JohnP. is suitable for all. Applications may vary depending on each’s hair and skin type/texture.
