Q: What inspired our company and product line?
A: Valeria Perry was a national technician for a major hair care company for over 12 years; the education she received from them was price list. After the shift of the hair care industry clients had may more options than ever before. She lessened to clients, customers, and potential clients as they talked about product shopping. With the Natural Hair and Fashion Brights hair explosion, the customers and clients were very specific on what they were and are looking for. I repeat these words offer by Bob Hoffman- We don’t get people to try our products by convincing them to love our Brand: we get them to love our brand by convincing them to try our products. We at JohnP. Hair Care lesson to the needs of our customers and fill the void.
Q: Tell us about JohnP. Product line?
A: JohnP. LLC is Valeria’s product companies that commemorates the memory of my dad John Perry. The company specializes in quality hair care products for all hair textures, types and styles. The product line is multicultural and anyone can use these products across the board. Valeria’s goal is to create a product line infused with an herbal blend of natural oils that will promote growth and strength. The product promotes a healthy scalp, without a healthy scalp you will never have healthy hair.
We are NOT a Private Label or a White Label Product!
Q: Why are we different?
A: WE are not a watered down product line like so many of our competitors in the stores. We have lesson to the needs of the customers and developed quality products for cosmetologist. We invested research and provide quality ingredients to make a big difference to our products. We look for prevention in our products to get results. Then, we developed JohnP. Hair Care with the same quality to be put into stores.
Q: Tell us about your research process?
A: 1. READ everything! Labels and industry commentaries.
2. Listen to people who know, don’t think you will invent the wheel. I think of myself as a wheel enhancer.
3. Take a mental snap shot of what is going on in the industry.

Q: What about JohnP. Testing process?
A: Valeria created 2 teams! The first is a development and evaluation team and the second is an advisory panel. The testers were given specific questions to record as they used the products over months sometimes years. I took them back to the advisory panel which went to the chemist. The test provide valued information, that lead to product improvements, labeling decisions and different ways that the product can be used in the market place.
Q: Can your company provide Shipping & Drop-shipping?
A: Absolutely! Our shipping practices are standard. All shipping rates are calculated via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Upon large order quantities a drop shipping account will be developed for companies. The fulfillment option allows your business to ship directly from the warehouse. This will lower the cost and it will save time for the consumer.
Q: Can additional sizes and specialties be done?
A: While we specify our regular sizes of our products, we can create a variation of sizes and colors. These variations will be available to our bulk order customers as a special order only. Special prices will apply based on your companies needs.
Q: How can I get the wholes price?
A: You must order a large order and complete the whole information, then your company will be allowed to purchase in bulk.
Q: Are the products made for a specific ethnic group?
A: NO. JohnP. HairCare is develop and is suitable for all. Applications may vary depending on each hair and skin type/texture.
